Pallet Display Solutions for Club Stores and Supermarkets

A pallet display is not simply a large box with product inside. In club-store and supermarket environments, it is a structural system that must carry heavy loads, survive forklift handling, ship as a single unit, and still present products cleanly on the sales floor. Shenzhen Store Display Tech Inc. has manufactured corrugated and mixed-material displays since 2003, and our pallet display programs are engineered around the realities of high-volume retail: stacking strength, retail-ready presentation, and tool-free assembly designed for fast in-store setup.

From our 13,000 sqm facility in Guangming District, Shenzhen, we produce pre-packaged full pallet displays, co-packed cardboard pallet displays, paper pallet skirts, and retail-ready RRP POSM packaging for brand owners, retail buyers, and distributors across club, grocery, and convenience channels.

Pallet Display Formats We Manufacture

We build to the format your retail channel requires, from a PDQ pallet display on a promotional aisle to a full pallet in a warehouse-format aisle.

  • PDQ pallet display — corrugated pallet-based display for promotional aisles and endcaps.
  • Full pallet display — full-pallet footprint for club stores and bulk retail, engineered for high point-load and stacking.
  • Pre-packaged full pallet display — product loaded and shipped as a single retail-ready unit, reducing in-store labor.
  • Co-packed cardboard full pallet display — combined corrugated structure with co-packing service for product kitting and loading.
  • Paper pallet skirt — a printed corrugated wrap that converts a standard pallet into a branded display base.
  • Retail-ready RRP POSM packaging — shelf-ready packaging designed to be opened and merchandised directly.

Pre-Packaged and Co-Packed Programs

For club stores especially, the display often arrives already loaded. Our pre-packaged full pallet display approach means the corrugated structure, the pallet interface, and the product arrangement are designed together — not assembled on-site from mismatched components. We also offer co-packing so that product is received, kitted, and loaded into the display before shipment.

This matters for two reasons. First, pre-loading reduces handling damage compared to shipping empty displays and stacking product in-store. Second, a retail-ready unit shortens the path from backroom to sales floor, which is a measurable labor saving for high-turnover promotions.

Structural Engineering and Tool-Free Assembly

Every pallet display begins with load calculations: total product weight, pallet type, stacking height in transit, and the compression forces the corrugated must withstand. We then design the structure — base reinforcement, deck panels, vertical supports, and locking tabs — so that assembly requires no tools and no specialized training.

Key engineering considerations we address:

  • Compression and stacking strength for warehouse and truck stacking.
  • Forklift and pallet-jack clearance at the base.
  • Tool-free locking assembly for fast in-store setup.
  • Print and graphics integration across panels and skirts.
  • Material selection matched to load, budget, and recyclability requirements.

Paper-based pallet displays are the most common for promotional and club-store programs, while PVC foam board, acrylic, and metal components are used where durability or a premium finish is required. Sizes are built to your product dimensions and the pallet standard used in your market.

Quality, Compliance, and Documentation

Our facility operates under ISO9001, Sedex-4P, FSC, and Disney audit certifications, and we are recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise in China. Certificate documentation is available on request. We do not publish certificate numbers or third-party client names; if your compliance team needs specific documentation for vendor onboarding, we provide it directly during the quotation process.

For brand owners selling into club and supermarket channels, we can support the packaging and display requirements that retail buyers typically request: retail-ready presentation, clear product visibility, and structural integrity through the supply chain.

FAQ

What is the difference between a pallet display and a floor display? A floor display generally stands on its own base, while a pallet display is built around a pallet footprint and is designed for forklift handling and bulk loading. Pallet displays are common in club stores and warehouse-format retail.

Can you ship the display pre-loaded with product? Yes. Pre-packaged full pallet displays and co-packed cardboard pallet displays are both available, with co-packing services if product needs to be kitted and loaded before shipment.

What is the minimum order quantity? Paper POP displays typically start from 50–100 sets or pieces. Requirements vary by format and structure, so confirm against your specific design.

How long does production take? Custom paper displays typically run 10–15 days. Smart or electronic display units typically run 20–30 days.

Do you provide structural design before production? Yes. We produce structural design, dielines, and samples so you can validate fit, load, and assembly before committing to a production run.

Can the display be recycled? Corrugated and paper-based displays are recyclable in most markets. Material choice is confirmed at the design stage based on your sustainability requirements.
